On-roll Provision

Arise Education provides therapeutic, nurturing, and highly personalised alternative education for young people who are unable to access mainstream school. We work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and children at risk of exclusion. Many of our learners have experienced emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), trauma, attachment difficulties, or have faced multiple failed placements—even in other specialist provisions. At Arise Education, we believe that every young person deserves an education tailored to their needs—and we go the extra mile to make that possible.

Our on-roll provision offers a broad and balanced curriculum delivered through one-to-one teaching or small-group sessions. Where appropriate, we follow the national curriculum, with adaptations to ensure accessibility and engagement.

We take a holistic approach to education—nurturing not just academic achievement, but also emotional wellbeing, social development, and life skills. Our aim is to prepare every student for adulthood with confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. We work closely with families and professionals to provide wraparound support and offer a range of therapeutic interventions and offsite activities designed to meet individual needs.
